Terms and Conditions

Terms governing use of the Chattanooga Crawl Space Co. website, and the limits of the information published on it.

Using this site

This site publishes general information about crawl space moisture, ground vapour and sealed-crawl practice in the Chattanooga area. Sending the form creates no contract. None exists until a written scope has been agreed by both sides.

Regional information, not a property assessment

Descriptions of local soil, climate, housing stock and code describe the region and the mechanism in general terms. They are not an assessment of any particular property, and conditions differ between houses on the same street.

Pricing

Cost ranges on this site are typical figures, not quotations. A price is issued only in a written scope, after someone has been to the property and looked.

Licensing

Contractor licensing and registration in Tennessee is administered by the state, and the state's own register is the authoritative record. Verify any contractor there, including this one, rather than relying on a number printed on a website or a vehicle.

Not medical advice

Nothing here is medical advice. Responses to damp and mould exposure differ between individuals, and questions about symptoms or diagnosis belong with a physician rather than with a contractor.

What we do not warrant

Information here is provided as it stands, and sealing controls the moisture sources found during the inspection; a plumbing leak or new storm-water path is a separate problem. Warranty terms, where offered, appear in the written scope and are the only commitments that apply.
